The firm was founded in 2024 as the motorsports arm of Bottle Rocket Growth, a Chicago-based LinkedIn outbound agency and go-to-market consultancy for B2B startups. BRR partners with elite race teams, including NASCAR teams, to build the commercial infrastructure that converts fan enthusiasm into lasting sponsorship revenue.
The firm exists because race teams deserve the same commercial sophistication as the machines they field. The best teams in motorsports win not just with engineering, but with the organizations they build around their cars. Bottle Rocket Racing brings that same rigor to the commercial operation.
Founder
Mike Cubberly is the founder of Bottle Rocket Racing and Bottle Rocket Growth. Based in Chicago, Mike has spent over a decade building go-to-market systems for B2B technology companies. Prior to launching Bottle Rocket Growth in 2024, Mike held roles at Verkada, Glencoco, Primer, and RevGenius, where he continues to serve as Community Admin.
